ZIO series plug-in modules
The ZIO series plug-in I/O modules are flexible remote I/O expansion modules developed by ZLG. This series of products consist of couplers, digital I/O, motor drives, analog I/O, power supplies, and other functional modules.
ZIO series can integrate various interfaces with function modules through customized baseboard, which can realize miniaturization, reduce wiring by prefabricating cables, and lower the labor cost of device installation and debugging.
Premanufactured signal distribution board, plug-and-play
The ZIO series modules utilize EtherCAT bus communication. Featuring a unique structural design, they can be inserted into premanufactured signal distribution boards. The boards can be customized with required interfaces while incorporating additional electronic circuitry to enable plug-and-play functionality.
Suitable for batch and standardized production
The ZIO plug-in modules and additional electronic components are flexibly arranged in signal distribution boards. The error probability is reduced due to preassembled cables and coded plugs. They can also simplify the wiring, greatly shorten the assembly time, streamline the process, and reduce the cost of batch installation.

Compact and miniature structure
The ZIO plug-in modules feature an extremely compact structure, with a volume nearly half that of conventional card-type modules, effectively saving space in control cabinets.
