Easily realize data wireless transmission, get rid of the constraint of wired connection

ZTP800-W is equipped with a high-performance 2.4GHz/5GHz dual-band Wi-Fi wireless communication function. It can easily transmit the data wirelessly to the controller, get rid of the constraint of wired connection and effectively solve the problems of control line wear, short circuit and intertwining of multiple control lines caused by long-term friction between the control lines and the ground.

Strong electric power supply, power supply guarantee

ZTP800-W wireless teach pendant is equipped with a 5800mAh battery. The battery life is up to 10 hours, which can meet the requirements of all-weather operations.

Open source GUI engine enhances extraordinary visual experience

AWTK is a GUI framework developed by ZLG based on C language, featuring one-time programming across platforms and lifetime use. As an embedded GUI engine, AWTK combines the advantages of emWin’s compactness and efficiency, TouchGFX’s coolness, Qt’s multiple platforms and other GUI frameworks to enhance ZTP800 and help ZTP800 provide an extraordinary visual experience.

ZTP800 adopts the design of professional ergonomics. It has a beautiful structure, considering humanization in overall layout and design. This device supports two-handed holding, left/right hand lifting and other modes of operation. It can effectively reduce the work fatigue of operators in the time-consuming projects.

ZTP800 is powered by 1500VDC electrical isolation power source, supporting power failure detection. The large-capacity supercapacitor continues to store the electric power for 5s after power failure, which prevents data loss caused by accidental power failure and protect the data.
