CAN FD (CAN Flexible Data-rate), the latest upgrade of CAN bus, has the longest data of 64 bytes and the Baud rate of flexible data domain up to 5Mbps.
PCIeCANFD series product, a high-performance CAN FD interface card developed by Zhiyuan Electronics, integrates 2-4 CANFD interfaces, and supports ISO standard CAN FD and BoschCANFD. Each interface has an independent 2500VDC electrical isolation protection circuit to prevent the interface card from being damaged by ground circulation and enhance the system reliability in a harsh environment.
The PC is connected to the PCIeCANFD interface card through the PCIExpress x1 port, so that it can send and receive data with the CAN(FD) network to form a CAN(FD)-bus control node. PCIeCANFD supports operating systems such as Win7/Win10, and provides a secondary development function library, so that users can call the function library to program the software. PCIeCANFD is a powerful tool for development and data analysis of CAN(FD)-bus product.

Support high-speed CAN FD and CAN2.0A/B data communication simultaneously
PCIeCANFD supports the CAN FD standard of ISO/Bosch, and is compatible with CAN2.0A/B mode. The Baud rate in data domain can be configured up to 5Mbps, and the data length can be configured up to 64 bytes. The product can provide data load 40 times higher than CAN2.0A/B, as well as faster control and data channels for automotive electronics, rail transit, medical electronics, industrial automation, etc.

Up to 2500VDC signal isolation to prevent interface damage
All four CAN FD channels of the PCIeCANFD interface card feature 2500 VDC electrical isolation. It meets ESD standards of ±4 kV contact discharge and ±1 kV surge immunity, which effectively prevents damage caused by backflow resulting from differing ground potentials across nodes. This product is ideal for testing in electric vehicles and trains.

130,000 frames are buffered without frame loss
The PCIeCANFD interface card has a 100 frame hardware buffer and an interface function library containing 130,000 frames of software buffer, which can effectively resist the impact of high bus load and ensure that CAN FD messages are received without frame loss.

Users can load DBC files of vehicles or components, perform application protocol analysis, and directly control vehicles by sending relevant instructions through DBC, facilitating testing and maintenance of vehicle components for the entire vehicle.
